Bachelor sweethearts Matty Johnson and Laura Byrne celebrated their baby shower on Sunday, signifying only 10 weeks to go until their bub is due.
The pair had an intimate shower at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel with non-gender specific decorations as they have decided not to learn their baby’s gender until the birth.
Byrne took to social media to post her excitement about the looming due date.
“We can’t wait to meet this little human we have made,” she wrote. “It still completely blows my mind that we have no idea if we are Mum and Dad to a little girl or boy — 10 WEEKS TO GO! To all our family and friends who made yesterday so very special, we love you!”.
Byrne, 31 was the winner of Johnson’s season of the Bachelor in 2017.
They will be the second successful Bachelor couple to have a baby after Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski announced they were expecting their second child together last month.
