A UK social media star duo have announced they’ll be bringing their chart - topping podcast to the Harbour City for a live nationwide tour.
“The internet’s favourite bestfriend duo” Sophia Tuxford, 26 and Cinzia Baylis Zullo, 27 - the pair behind The Girls Bathroom podcast, are set to make their debut on Australian soil with a series of live performances next year.
The pair announced their new “Taking Off” Australian tour which is set to kick off on February 11 2025 in Perth, before heading to Brisbane, Melbourne and finally Sydney on February 23.
“Calling all beach babes, we’ve got you covered,” the podcast hosts with a combined 1.2 million followers on Instagram, half a million subscribers on YouTube and 1 million followers on TikTok, wrote online.
“Australia we’re coming for you and we cannot wait to finally meet our besties in Oz.
“Can’t wait to see you all there for our trip Down Under.”
The besties from London will be taking to the stage at the Factory Theatre in Marrickville in what will be the first time the pair have taken their show overseas.
“We are so excited to bring The Girls Bathroom to our Australian listeners. Our first international show just had to be for our Aussie ladies,” the podcast trailblazers wrote.
Since 2019 after launching the podcast - where listeners share their dilemmas with Tuxford and Baylis Zullo who unpack these on air, the pair have sold out shows across the UK and bank an average of 1 million listeners each month.
General release tickets for the tour are scheduled to go on sale on Thursday at 10am.
