AUSTRALIAN celebrities have brought the drama to the red carpet to one of the world’s most exclusive red carpet events, the Met Gala.
Happening now at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, the theme of the night is “Comme Des Garcon” with attendees honouring the bold and architectural designs of Rei Kawakubo. And Australia’s representatives at the event, hosted by the one and only Vogue Editor Anna Wintour, did not disappoint.
Rose Byrne looked striking in a low-cut red Ralph Lauren gown and she and long-time partner Bobby Cannavale walked the red carpet.
Wearing a pink princess gown, regular attendee Miranda Kerr dazzled.
While Hugh Jackman and wife Deborah Lee Furness both opted for classic black looks.
Other’s lucky enough to score an invite to fashions famous event include Lena Dunham, Kylie Jenner and Katy Perry.
