MOVE over Taylor Swift, Australia’s own Amy Shark is busy building the next big squad.

The fast rising singer-songwriter star has quickly amassed a celebrity following including former Blink 182 guitarist Tom Delonge, Lena Dunham and 2 Chainz.

“I’m putting my squad together,” she said, laughing.

Jokes aside, Shark has revealed what it was like to hang out with Delonge in LA during a recent tour.

“I had been talking to his PA over the years because I have been such an avid fan of his, which is pretty embarrassing, and she was like ‘when you’re in LA come in to meet us’,” Shark said.

“I went there and I walked in and he’s just got his acoustic in his office just strumming away and I’m like ‘this isn’t in front of me right now, this is crazy’.

“Then we went and had dinner and had some drinks and we were talking about Blink and he was giving me advice like ‘make sure you do this, make sure you do that, don’t listen to this person’.”
