Abby Earl may soon be looking for a place in the US to call home as HBO shows interest
WHILE thankfully Abby Earl has returned to our screens in A Place To Call Home she may be bound for even bigger and better things on a foreign shore.
SHE has return to our screens in the period drama A Place To Call Home, but stunning young actress Abby Earl is also making waves further afield.
“At the moment I’m in the running for an HBO pilot,” Earl, 25, revealed.
“I don’t want to get my hopes up in case things don’t work out, but yeah, it’s HBO, which is massive, so I’m really happy to have gotten this far.”
Despite her overseas ambition, she’s far from done with Australian productions and jumped at the chance to reprise the role of Anna in APTCH when Foxtel saved it from Seven’s scrap heap.
“I love the industry here. And I couldn’t walk away from Anna. Her story isn’t finished.
“But it’s exciting to try different things. I’m really excited about the scripts coming out of the US. So I’ll continue to juggle the show with auditions for projects in America.”
