Roxy Jacenko fires back at SAS Australia criticism with leaked text
PR maven Roxy Jacenko posted a private message exchange with SAS Australia instructor Ollie Ollerton, after he claimed she was one of the worst contestants on the show.

PR queen Roxy Jacenko has furiously hit back at SAS Australia instructor Ollie Ollerton, after he slammed her as being one of the worst contestants on the show.
The Sweaty Betty founder posted an eyebrow-raising screenshot of their private messages on Instagram, which show Ollerton applauding her efforts and even requesting her help in launching his business.
“The reality of reality,” Jacenko captioned the image alongside a laughing emoji.
In the message exchange, Ollerton told Jacenko she should “be proud” and sympathised with her.
“Be proud, people have no idea what the reality is like, amplified by injury x,” Ollerton wrote in a private message on October 19.
The former UK Special Forces Soldier also sought out Jacenko’s expertise in launching a business venture in August.
“Well done! I have a business venture I want to launch in Aus, maybe you could help?... But go relax first,” Ollerton wrote.
Jacenko, who is busy planning her popular Marketing Bootcamp, told Confidential that Ollerton’s dig was mind-boggling.
“You have got to laugh don’t you! I mean one minute I am a total disappointment and horrendous from the start and the next - can you do some work for me and you did well given your injury,” Jacenko said.
“But when the cards are down...... it just shows people are happy to say whatever to get a media mention.”
Confidential has contacted Ollerton for comment.
It comes after he took a dig at the celebrity publicist, who quit the Channel 7 show after just six hours due to a pre-existing injury.
“Roxy was horrendous from the outset,” Ollerton told news.com.au.
He named Jacenko, lingerie model Arabella Del Busso and Eden Dally among the most disappointing contestants on the show.
Jacenko, 40, previously said that she had no choice but to leave the program, which sees celebrities complete gruelling tasks, due to health concerns.
“My health is first and foremost for me. I’ve had cancer three years ago, I fractured my pelvis and hip two months ago, six weeks before filming. I couldn’t do it ... I did my best,” she said.
The Vaucluse mother-of-two has also been subjected to vicious trolling following her stint on the show.
“I actually have never, ever seen the extent of trolling that I’ve experienced,” she said.
In addition to online bullying, Jacenko has been embroiled in a feud with former ironwoman Candice Warner.
The former friends and business associates fell out during filming after a boxing match turned ugly when Warner repeatedly punched her in the head.
“I believe after what I did for Candice, it was a real smack in the face (pardon the pun) that she actually did do it. It’s TV, it’s entertainment, have some principles. Why would you punch me and then continue to punch me when I turn my head?” Jacenko said.
