THE relationship between former business associates and onscreen boxing combatants Roxy Jacenko and her soon to be ex-client Candice Warner is now dissolving faster than cheap filler in an overplumped lip.

Following my item yesterday revealing Jacenko has insisted Warner serve out a three-month notice period with her talent agency comes news Warner has consulted lawyers about the bust-up and will finish up as a client of Jacenko’s agency at the end of November — seven weeks earlier than Jacenko planned.

This development comes as reps for Warner reveal the ex-ironwoman gave Jacenko notice on September 4, via What’s App, soon after the reality show boxing bout was recorded by Seven’s SAS cameras.

Close sources yesterday said the two women remained friends in the six weeks after the September 4 parting of the ways — motivated by Warner’s desire to devote more time to her cricketer husband’s new YouTubeto channel — which Jacenko is said to have responded with a cheery “no problem”.

That changed last Tuesday when Jacenko, having hung up on Triple M’s Lawrence Mooney who held her to account for playing the victim card after dropping out of SAS and being trolled on social media, cancelled all scheduled media interviews for the day concerning SAS but took a call from her friends Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O on KIISFM.

During that call Jacenko said she and Warner were no longer friends. She stated that Warner had “sacked” her and further perpetuated the line she’d refused to hit Warner in the boxing bout because of the women’s friendship.

“F... I should have whacked her one, but you know what, I won’t because I’m bigger than that and.. have a respect for other people,” Jacenko said, steaming.

The comments blindsided Warner, a source for whom yesterday told this column: “Roxy and Candice didn’t fall out over the boxing battle. Roxy actually did get a few punches in — though Seven didn’t put them to air — and Candice apologised after for beating her. They were all good. Relationship status unchanged,” said the source.

That was until Jacenko was criticised for pulling out (or “VW’d” — voluntarily withdrew) from SAS six hours into the show which premiered last Monday, a program record.

At that point, Jacenko promoted the women’s break-up narrative in public while privately moving to prevent Warner from walking too soon from her agency – possibly because Warner is expected to be in high demand post SAS and Jacenko will lose her 20 per cent cut of Warner’s future bookings.
