Rebel Wilson has taken an unusual approach to the sale of her multimillion-dollar property.

The Pitch Perfect star ditched traditional real estate marketing methods with a much more personal touch — appealing to her Instagram followers in lieu of an open house.

For a cool $9 million, the star’s “meticulously renovated” home could be yours.

The Aussie movie star posted to her 10.5 million followers on Saturday: “Yes, as has been reported, am selling my gorgeous Sydney home on the beautiful Sydney Harbour.

“There’s something special about this house, its location, its vibe and I am sad to see it go after a meticulous renovation,” she added, revealing that she’ll be living away from Sydney for “the next few years”.

“I just won’t be using it for the next few years because will be working overseas and would prefer someone else gets to appreciate it.”

Of the surprisingly relaxed property marketing technique, Wilson explained: “There won’t be any open houses so I’ve put up some pics for people who like looking.

She said her favourite feature of the house is “probably the elevator I put in that gives you views as you go up and down”, adding that the property would be “great for a boat owner” given it includes a private jetty and moorings.

“Or you can just watch all the boats go by every day – especially at sunset, it’s gorgeous. And all the neighbours know what a brilliant street and suburb it is to live in in Sydney,” she concluded the post.

In the comments, Wilson’s local celebrity pals subtly flexed by sharing their memories of time spent in the house.

Former Bachelor star and close pal of Wilson’s, Brittany Hockley, wrote: “Ah you’ll miss that waterfront BBQ …”
