Taylor Swift’s ‘life-changing’ act as she donates enough to feed families ‘for a year’

A worker has revealed the wild impact of Taylor Swift’s generosity as she continues to perform across the world on her Eras tour.

Taylor Swift is touring the world at the moment and making some serious coin, but she’s making sure to put all that cash to good use.

Over the weekend, Swift finally wrapped up the first UK leg of her Eras tour, after performing a string of shows across the country just like she did in Australia earlier this year.

She’s been making huge donations to food banks across the country whenever she visits a new city, and now those charities have spoken out and revealed she’s given enough to some to feed thousands of families for more than a year.

Workers in Liverpool told Huff Post that Taylor’s donations would help get it through the next 12 months.

“It’s the most incredible gift,” said Rich Jones from the St Andrew’s Community Network in Liverpool. “Because of rising prices, rising need and falling donations, we’ve been having to subsidise our food ourselves for a long while.”

He continued: “But it’s fair to say that Taylor Swift has essentially paid our food bill for 12 months.”

During the leg of her Australian Eras Tour in Melbourne, Swift made surprise donations including to Aussie charity Foodbank Victoria.

The charity thanked Swift for the heartwarming act in a post on social media at the time.

“As if we couldn’t love you any more than we already do,” it wrote on Twitter.

“Your generous donation to Foodbank Victoria will put a sparkle back in the eyes of so many Victorians doing it tough right now! THANK YOU.”

Swift has been known to make generous donations to food banks along her Eras Tour, which kicked off in March 2023.

In July, the signer donated to US food banks Second Harvest in Silicon Valley and Food Lifeline in Seattle.

Swift was joined by a very surprising special guest during her Eras Tour on Sunday — her boyfriend Travis Kelce.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end joined Taylor on stage for the very first time during her concert in London.

Taylor, 34, brought Travis, 34, out for the third night of her Wembley Stadium tour stop.

Actually, it seemingly was the other way around.

The Super Bowl champ hoisted Taylor in to introduce her song, I Can Do It With A Broken Heart.
