The Married At First Sight circle is complete for Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant with the loved-up couple becoming parents for the first time.
Oliver Chase Merchant is understood to have been born on Thursday with the couple sharing their happy news on Instagram.
“#loveatfirstsight I would do it a thousand times again for you,” Robinson shared with a video of the couple with their newborn on Instagram.
“Oliver Chase Merchant. Our little man has arrived. #surprise #itsaboy healthy and beautiful and my heart is full.
“We are home now and enjoying the love bubble and getting to know our lil man Ollie who has the world ahead of him.”
Partnered on Married At First Sight just shy of two years ago, they have been inseparable since their first TV date.
The loved-up couple revealed in April they were expecting and chose to begin isolation when social distancing was introduced.
“We’re really not wanting to get sick at this special time in our life,” Jules said at the time.
The couple, who were married in November last year, chose not to find out the gender of their bub, which limited their renovation choices for a nursery after they bought their dream home six weeks before the birth.
The Married At First Sight star said she had a new-found respect for the female body six months through her first pregnancy, learning things about herself she never expected.
“You are so eternally grateful to be making life but on the other hand it’s a whirlwind of so many emotions, sickness, tiredness and first-time experiences and not to mention the raging hormones that leave you questioning your sanity,” Robinson, 38, told The Daily Telegraph.
