Mark Judge successfully appeals Bondi Junction assault conviction
Mark Judge has had some brushes with the law before but the former Kings Cross identity is planning a holiday once travel bans are lifted after he appealed against an assault conviction in court — and won.

He has had more than his fair share of brushes with the law but former Kings Cross identity Mark Judge only had glowing praise for the legal system this week after a successful appeal against an assault conviction.
Judge, famed mostly for having survived an infamous knife attack in Woollahra back in 2011, was charged earlier this year for assaulting another man at Westfield Bondi Junction in March 2019.

However his conviction — imprisonment of 11 months to be served by way of intensive correction in the community — was downgraded this week after the Crown prosecutor accepted that the offence did not cross the threshold for a jail sentence.
“In this case I think the legal system operated extremely well,” Judge told Confidential when contacted.
“I look forward to being able to book a holiday to celebrate once the travel bans are lifted.”
In the meantime Judge, who was once linked to actor Jodi Gordon, says he is planning on opening an outpost of his designer watch business in Auckland.
