Kim Kardashian flashes bum for Interview magazine cover

Kim Kardashian has caused outrage with her latest magazine cover, with Piers Morgan branding it an “American nightmare”. Warning: Graphic.

Kim Kardashian has again broken the internet with an image of her bare booty.

It has been eight years since the reality TV star’s iconic nude Paper magazine cover went viral.

This time, the 41-year-old has posed in a jockstrap with an all-denim outfit in front of an American flag for Interview magazine’s September “American Dream” issue.

Kardashian’s Bottega Veneta jeans are unbuttoned and sitting below her bottom, revealing a jockstrap and her bare backside to the camera.

She told the magazine she “loved” the choice to use the jockstrap.

“The team was like, ‘No jockstrap’. And I’m like, ‘Come on. This is what I do.’ I do best when I’m ignoring them and doing what I want. So, I’m glad we did it,” Kardashian said.

The Skkn by Kim creator sported blonde locks and bleached eyebrows and natural-style makeup for the shoot.

During the interview, Kardashian talked about her fashion style and some of her bold red carpet looks, such as wearing the vintage Marilyn Monroe dress at this year’s Met Gala.

“I trust myself in the sense of, I know what looks good, and I know what makes me feel really comfortable. But, every once in a while, someone will be like, ‘Trust me. This looks good,” she said.

“Sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn’t, and you just have to roll with it. It’s not that serious.

“I care a lot, but I also can’t let it consume me. Sometimes there’s bad angles, bad lighting. You can’t control it all.”

Kardashian shared the images of the Interview magazine shoot on social media and within a matter of hours she amassed more than 3.2 million likes on Instagram.

While a lot of her fans have commented she looks “hot” and used the flame emoji to indicate their fondness for the images, there have been many who are not impressed.

Some have said she was not recognisable while others have compared her look to the early noughties film White Chicks, which starred the Wayans brothers.

One person wrote: “Cringe”.

While another said “Yikes. She looks 98% lab created”.

“So from what I’m getting is the American dream is about getting plastic surgery and fear of ageing,” one person tweeted.

“My word! The most horrible shoot I’ve seen from Kim. What happened to Kim?,” another tweeted.

‘American Nightmare’: Piers Morgan criticises Kardashian photo shoot

Broadcaster Piers Morgan did not hold back on his impression of the photo shoot, labelling Kardashian the “American Nightmare”.

In a column for the New York Post, Morgan referenced old quotes about what the American Dream was and compared it his impression of the version Kardashian was promoting.

“The United States should be a country built around equality, fairness and meritocracy — and open to all. that’s certainly always been my belief,” he wrote.

“But it turns out we were all wrong! The American Dream is apparently not about any of that at all.

“At least not according to Kim Kardashian, a woman devoid of an discernible talent whose entire career was founded on her participation in a lurid sex tape.

“She believes it’s about flashing her big ass in front of the American flag.”

He went on to say he thought the cover was “horribly offensive and inappropriate” and made him feel sick.

Morgan criticised her said she “shouldn’t be any kind of aspirational model for young generations to admire and follow”.

“If it’s truly the case that the American Dream is now defined by someone with zero talent, famous for having sex on tape and flashing her flash for case, then it’s time everyone woke the hell up,” he continued.

“You’re not the American Dream, Kim, you’re the American Nightmare”.
