Justin Hemmes dances with Megan Blake Irwin at Fashion Week party

Justin Hemmes had a model on his arm who wasn’t his girlfriend at a boozy afterparty in Sydney. Watch the video.

Billionaire pub baron Justin Hemmes has been spotted cosying up to a high-profile heartbreaker at Australian Fashion Week with his girlfriend no where to be seen.

The Merivale tycoon was spied getting up close and personal with Aussie model Megan Irwin Blake at sustainable label Auteur’s after-show bash in Sydney on Thursday night.

They were spotted together at the Auteur afterparty.

In a video posted to Instagram by Sydney DJ Alice Quiddington, Hemmes, 48, is seen dancing with Blake Irwin, 26, drinks in hand as they sing to a remix of Finally by CeCe Peniston.

Clad in a figure-hugging pastel green dress, Blake Irwin had a hand thrown over Hemmes’ shoulder, and his on her waist, with the two moving closely together, singing before she is seen throwing a beaming smile towards the camera.

There was no sign of Hemmes’ girlfriend Madeliene Holtznagel, who the pub baron has been quietly dating for some time.

Holtznagel, 24, also a model, spent quarantine holed up in her billionaire boyfriend’s Vaucluse mansion last year. She was partying with friends on his private island in far-north QLD as recently as March.

The notoriously private pair are rarely seen together, and have yet to be publicly caught on camera in each other’s company aside from snaps on social media.

Blake Irwin, however, has a string of high-flying ex beaus on her wake, including Kardashian clan member Scott Disick, billionaire David Mimran and socialite Nicolo Knows.

Ms Irwin also dated Hollywood actor Skeet Ulrich, who is 22 years her senior, for three months before their romance fizzled in August 2020.

The IMG model was then seen in the company of Kourtney Kardashian’s ex Disick in October.

Hemmes did not respond to The Daily Telegraph‘s request for comment.

Last year, the romantic Hemmes confirmed his relationship with Holtznagel saying the pair “hang out a bit”.

Friends of Holtznagel last year said the Wollongong native lives in a Coogee penthouse that Hemmes snapped up for $2.1 million six years ago.
