The fashion crowd was all atwitter this week amid reports Sydney’s most famous bachelor Justin Hemmes and his model girlfriend Madeline Holtznagel had hit the rocks.
Eyebrows were raised on Thursday when Hemmes, who has been squiring 24-year-old Holtznagel for almost two years, was seen dancing with a different model — lookalike blonde Megan Blake Irwin.
Celebrating at the Auteur fashion show after-party at Hemmes’ Coogee Pavilion restaurant Mimi’s, the pair reportedly got up close and personal, with Hemmes seen clutching Blake Irwin’s waist.
The sight prompted speculation that Hemmes, 49, had called it quits with Holtznagel, despite the fact the pair looked certifiably loved up just three weeks ago when they attended a Beard Season fundraiser together.
Hemmes declined to comment, but one pal said: “They are very much still together.”
