Holly Valance spotted rocking new look in rare London sighting

The rarely-seen Australian star, now married to a billionaire, has been spotted out and about in London rocking a fresh new look.

Holly Valance has been spotted debuting a fresh look in a rare outing.

The Australian star, 40, showed off a fringe haircut as she stepped out in London with her British billionaire husband Nick Candy.

The pair, who have been married since 2012, were photographed leaving the up-market Dorchester Hotel as they waited for a car out the front.

Valance, who shot to fame on local soap Neighbours in the early 2000s, appears to have recently underwent the hair transformation, after being seen without a fringe at Wimbledon just last month.

Valance was dressed in all-black for the evening, sporting a fur-style vest, pants and boots with matching Hermes handbag, while her property developer husband was dressed in a black suit.

It marks a rare sighting for the former pop singer, who largely retreated from the public eye after marrying Candy in Los Angeles more than a decade ago.

She made headlines in April last year after having dinner with former US president Donald Trump.

Fans of Valance, who has two children with Candy, were stunned to spot her in a photo posted to social media by British broadcaster and former politician Nigel Farage.

“Great dinner at Mar-A-Lago!” Farage captioned the photo, which showed Valance, Candy and Trump posing side-by-side.

The picture earned a strong reaction on social media, with some expressing disappointment Valance – who hails from Melbourne - would meet with Trump. One dubbed the photo “One of the strangest pics I’ve seen in a long time”.

Valance – who now goes by her married name of Holly Candy – only occasional posts to her own Twitter account.

She is, however, rather active with ‘likes’ on social media, where she appears to endorse various conservative talking points against vaccination, transgender issues and climate change.

Elsewhere, she made an unexpected cameo in the Neighbours finale in July last year, reprising her role as Felicity ‘Flick’ Scully for a one-minute scene that showed her bumping into Natalie Imbruglia’s character Beth Brennan, as the duo compared stories about their time on Ramsay St.

The pair filmed their scene together in London, where they both now live.

After leaving Neighbours in 2002, Valance went on to have a brief pop career, scoring three top 10 hit singles both here and in the UK in the early noughties, including the number 1 Kiss Kiss.

Meanwhile, Candy is known for developing projects like London’s One Hyde Park, one of the most expensive residential buildings in the world, and has an estimated net worth of $2 billion.

The couple added a luxury home to their growing portfolio in 2021, buying a historical and heritage listed mansion in the exclusive Oxfordshire area of the Cotswolds in the UK for a hush-hush price that was reported to be “well over” AU$18.6m.

They welcomed a daughter in late 2013, and had a second daughter in September 2017.
