Fulfilling wishes in a Billion Dollar Playground

‘Your wish is my command’ – what it’s really like working for the ultra-wealthy on Billion Dollar Playground.

From chartering jets in under an hour to sourcing last-minute Prada, new Binge original Billion Dollar Playground is set inside some of the country’s most extravagant vacation homes, filmed fly-on-the-wall style with nothing off limits.

Luxury concierge Heaven shares the behind-the-scenes chaos of the eight one-hour episodes that drop from May 13, and says it’s as good as it sounds.

“Every day is a little different – one morning I’m sourcing rare ceremonial cacao or arranging private yoga under the stars, and by night I’m hosting a candlelit dinner party that feels like a scene out of a dream,” says the Darling Point 35-year-old.

“I anticipate needs before they’re spoken and deliver the kind of hospitality that feels like art.

“I make sure guests feel at home in a place that inspires ideas for their own homes.”

One of the most extravagant things she’s seen was a $20,000 flower installation flown in for a one-night dinner party.

“The installation wilted by morning, but the memory was timeless nonetheless,” she says.

“A guest once requested that their dog be taken on a guided mindfulness walk and that I repeat and recite their prerecorded affirmations. They’re after something unforgettable and immersive. They expect privacy, tailored experiences, and things they don’t even know they want yet.

“It’s about making them feel like time slowed down just for them.”

A luxury host and concierge for the ultra-wealthy, Heaven also acts as a private experience curator representing a few premium lifestyle campaigns where she acts as the face of certain events or experiences.

“I make sure the vibe matches the vision,” she explains.

“The homes must be like living in a lifestyle magazine, otherwise, what’s the point?

“Glass walls that open up to the ocean, private cinemas, hidden wine cellars, temperature-controlled everything, and interiors curated like galleries.

“But, more than anything, it’s the feeling – calm, indulgent, exclusive.”

In the name of luxury, she’s signed non-disclosure agreements to make sure the secrets of the rich and famous stay just that.

“I’m like a luxury vault with a smile,” she laughs.

“There are rooms I’ve been in, conversations I’ve heard, and moments I’ve witnessed that must disappear with the moment.

“Discretion is sacred.”
So, is there anything she can’t make happen?

“Yes, but rarely,” she admits.

“If I say no, it’s not me saying no, it’s probably just against the law.

“And it’s usually followed by … ‘but I’ve got an even better version!’.”

And while the wishlists are endless, so it seems are the budgets.

“I’ve been the runner for everything from rare incense to custom suits – many love local artisan pieces, others want head-to-toe designer,” she continues.

“The best thing about what I do is creating moments that truly move people. When something I’ve orchestrated sparks a shift – opens a heart, expands a mind, or just makes someone pause and feel – it’s magic.

“Those are the moments I live for.

“The worst? Honestly, it’s rare to have a bad day when I’m inspired by beauty and intention, and feel I’m truly adding value to someone and their experience – but if I had to name one thing, it would be staying ‘on’ for long stretches – like over 12 hours – especially around guests who aren’t as close to the host. First-time luxury can sometimes come with a sense of overwhelm … which often translates to high demands and low patience.”

When it comes to food, Heaven says to picture a multi-sensory experience – edible florals, hand-thrown ceramic plates, ambient live harp music, and food that tells a story.

“Seasonal, ethically sourced, with a touch of theatre,” she says.

“One guest once said it felt like they were dining inside a dream.

“I’ve seen it (wealth like this), I’ve felt it, I’ve served it. True luxury is often quiet, intentional, and deeply personal. I’m inspired by it, it’s why I like to be around it and add to the creation of it. It’s a study in how people indulge themselves.”

She says most clients are “mostly lovely”.

“When someone is used to the best, they also know how to spot genuine care and effort – and they respect it,” she says.

“Entitlement exists, of course, but it’s rare. I find kindness shows up more often than not, especially in Australia.

“But it’s not just about wealth – it’s about wonder. I love picking up on the small details – the light in a room, the right song, the little things that make a space feel special.

“But really, the magic comes from being present with people. I’m the one making those connections, reading the room, and helping people feel comfortable.

“It’s about creating moments that people can take with them. And honestly, I know without a doubt we all have a bit of that magic inside us.

“It’s just about owning it and sharing it.”
