Britney Spears has posted a series of nude photos on Instagram with her legs wrapped around her assistant in a swimming pool.

Britney Spears has sparked concern on social media with a series of naked photos of herself hugging an employee.

It comes after Spears, who has made a habit out of going nude on social media, posted a video rolling around in the sand sans-bikini top while on holiday in Mexico.

Britney is certainly enjoying her freedom.

The most recent holiday pics from the music megastar see her posing with legs around her new assistant in a swimming pool, admitting in the caption that she was completely naked at the time.

“Yep … me naked in the pool and my assistant @vickyt holding me like a baby !!!! BAHAHAHAHA,” she wrote, tagging her assistant on Instagram.

Britney and Vicky seemed to be having a ball.

In one photo, Britney had her legs around her assistant, admitting in the caption she was naked at the time.

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton took to the comments to weigh-in on the interaction, which he deemed “inappropriate”.

“I wish someone close to a Britney could explain to her that this is just not appropriate. And in addition to literally exposing herself she’s also exposing herself to a potential lawsuit from this assistant in the future,” he said.

While most of the singer’s fans slammed Hilton’s take and instead expressed their delight that Britney was enjoying her freedom and surrounded by good friends, a few others echoed the concern.

“If my boss did that to me…,” one said, while another added: “I feel like Vicky should talk to HR.”

Earlier, the Toxic singer captured herself crawling around on all fours in just a pair of blue and white bikini bottoms and sunglasses, letting the waves wash over her body along the shoreline.

“Baby Did a Bad Thing PART 2 !!!” Spears, 40, captioned the clip, which was set to Chris Isaak’s song Baby Did a Bad Bad Thing.

At another point in the video, the pop star spun around as she cupped her breasts with her hands and smiled at the camera. She also posed like a mermaid on her side with her glistening, sunburnt skin on full display.

Britney cupped her breasts as she enjoyed her day on the beach.

The singer smiled for the snaps as she soaked up the sun.

Several fans flooded the comments section to compliment her carefree attitude.

“Imagine being flashed by Britney. It’s like the pearly gates opening. What a gift,” one netizen commented.

“I have butterflies in my tummy,” a second person wrote.

“Mom. You are toast. Put on some sunscreen !!!!!!!!!!!!!,” another fan suggested.

“Queen of freedom,” added another, referring to the music superstar’s conservatorship officially ending in November 2021 after nearly 14 years.

Spears’ topless antics come after Donatella Versace shared an update on the Grammy winner’s mental health.

“She’s on vacation now,” the fashion designer, who recently visited Spears’ home, told Variety at Vanity Fair’s 2022 Oscars afterparty on March 27. “She’s doing well. I find her in an amazing state of mind.”

Earlier this week, amid her tropical getaway, Spears confirmed that she was writing a memoir as part of a $A21 million book deal, sharing that the process had been “healing and therapeutic.”
