As daily Covid cases escalate in NSW, testing queues are lengthening but there are still clinics in Sydney where people can get swabbed within an hour and receive their results in time for Christmas.

Most state and territory jurisdictions require interstate travellers to prove a negative Covid test result within a 72-hour period before their arrival.

Frustration has grown among Sydneysiders who have reported waiting up to four hours in Covid-19 testing queues across the city in places like Hornsby, West Pennant Hills and the eastern suburbs.

The Daily Telegraph has sought out some walk-in and drive-through clinics across Sydney that have shorter waiting times and haven’t been overwhelmed with crowds.
