A stand full of Father’s Day cards has been set alight by three male teenagers at a Brisbane suburban department store.
The incident happened at the Kmart store in Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre about 5.50pm yesterday.

Police and a fire crew attended, but upon arrival the greeting card stand had been extinguished, and the store had been evacuated.
The three youths had fled the scene.
Kmart did not provide a comment on the incident, stating it was a matter for police.
Locals today took to Facebook to discuss the intriguing event.
“Happened last night, three boys set a father’s day card stand on fire in the party section,” one user wrote.
“I hope they catch them too. They were very pleased with themselves and running through the centre telling everyone they’d set fire to Kmart.”
