A masseur has been charged after allegedly sexually assaulting two women in Brisbane’s north while giving them a massage.
Police say a 40-year-old Kedron man was working at massage business Enlighten Massage on Rode Rd, Stafford Heights, when the alleged sexual assaults happened on two separate occasions.
The alleged assaults took place between November and December this year.
A worker at the massage parlour this morning claimed the incident was “a misunderstanding.”
The man declined to comment further.
Enlighten Massage’s website says the business specialises in massage therapies, including remedial and deep tissue massage.
The massage business is located at the Rode Road Shopping Centre.
Police believe there could be more women who visited the business who may have been assaulted.
They urge anyone with any information to come forward to police.
The man has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and is due to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on January 21 next year.
