The Toowong restaurant of underworld figure and convicted drug trafficker Daniel Milos has been shot up overnight.
A Queensland Police spokesman said two people approached Barolos Ristorante Italiano - formerly Mariosarti - around 2am and fired three rounds into the glass at the front of the building.

Daniel Milos used Uber Eats to deliver cocaine disguised as food: court
Milos pleaded guilty to 13 charges - including ten counts of supplying cocaine - earlier this year in what police described as one of the highest value drug busts in Queensland.
At the time, police said they had seized $750,000 of drugs in up to a dozen raids, including one that saw police swarm into Milos’ restaurant in front of lunchtime diners.
Milos and his chef, Ryan McIver, were among four people arrested during the 2017 bust.
McIver was sentenced to two years jail, suspended after three months, for his role in the trafficking operation.
The raids followed a 14-month undercover sting involving phone taps, surveillance and controlled buys.
Court documents revealed Uber Eats bags were used to pick up drugs and Milos used the code words “ragu” and “table of eight” to describe cocaine.
Milos sold Mariosarti after his arrest but later returned to the same site trading as Barolos.
Police said two people were seen heading west on foot and entering a stairwell after the shots were fired.
One neighbour who lived nearby the crime scene said his wife heard what sounded like three gunshots in the early hours of the morning.
At least two bullet holes are visible from the side of the business.
Forensic investigators remain on scene.
