A 26-year-old woman has been charged over a traffic crash that left Greens MP Amy MacMahon with serious injuries.

A 26-year-old Moorooka woman has been charged with one count of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm following a two-vehicle crash at Brisbane’s Kangaroo Point on February 12 that left Greens state MP Amy MacMahon with serious injuries.
Police said the woman was travelling south on Main St in a Hyundai i30 about 6.30pm when she collided with Ms MacMahon’s Toyota Prius that was turning right out of Baines Rd.
Forensic crash investigators on Tuesday served the woman with a notice to appear for one count of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm.
She is expected to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on March 14.
Ms MacMahon, the Member for South Brisbane, was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital, where she remains in a stable condition.
The 26-year-old woman was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with minor injuries and subsequently released.
Investigations are continuing.
