“Wolf” trader Tyson Scholz is back in strife with the law after his luxury Gold Coast apartment was raided by federal agents.

Australian Federal Police officers and officers from corporate watchdog the Australian Securities and Investments Commission swooped on the Lamborghini-driving share trader’s Ephraim Island unit in a dawn raid today.

The raid is believed to be in connection with an ASIC investigation into Sydney-based stockbroker Everblu Capital.

Search warrants are also believed to have been executed in Brisbane and Perth.

An ASIC spokeswoman confirmed search warrants were executed at a number of properties.

She said the raids were in relation to an ongoing investigation and no further details could be provided.

Scholz, who exhibits his lavish lifestyle to his thousands of social media followers, is believed to have retained a high-profile Gold Coast lawyer.

The 36-year-old is no stranger to controversy.

Scholz first made headlines last year when his high-powered Lamborghini was seized by police for hooning.

The Courier-Mail then revealed that while Scholz maintained a carefully manicured public image of fast cars, luxury boats and high-flying stock market deals, he was unemployed, on Centrelink benefits and embroiled in a bitter court battle with his mum over a soured business deal.

The dispute was eventually settled out-of-court.

In August, he landed in more hot water after uploading videos to social media riding a Harley Davidson around his swanky suburb without a helmet.

He was charged with unlicensed driving, using a mobile phone while driving and failing to wear a motorbike helmet in the stunt near his home in the luxury Ephraim Island estate at Paradise Point.

Scholz and his lawyers have been contacted for comment.
