The former president of a Brisbane bikie chapter has had a charge against him dropped by police.
Police had charged former Bandidos Centro chapter president George Bejat with one count of public nuisance.
Police had alleged Bejat committed a public nuisance in the vicinity of Fortitude Valley bar Dirty Sultan on April 18.
However the charge was dropped this week in Brisbane Magistrates Court.
The offence was dismissed and Bejat was discharged by Magistrate Peter Saggers.
Bejat was not in court.
It comes days after police charged him with an assault at Dirty Sultan on the same date.
That charge, in which police will allege Bejat punched another patron, has not been withdrawn. He has indicated he will contest the charge.
The matter will return to court on May 18.
