Man seriously injured after being hit by car in Forest Lake

An elderly man is in a serious condition following a traffic crash at Forest Lake on Wednesday afternoon.

It is understood the man was hit by a car on the corner of Forest Lake Blvd and Grand Ave about 2.50pm.

He sustained serious leg injuries.

He was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital about 3.40pm.
