Lotsy Jose, 35, and her five-year-old daughter Caitlyn died after their family’s Toyota Kluger crashed head-on with a truck on the Gore Highway west of Millmerran on Thursday morning.
The devastating collision left dad Bipin Chulliyadan, 39, and their two sons Chris, 8, and Caiden, 2, with life-threatening injuries.
Mr Chulliyadan was flown to Toowoomba Base Hospital with serious leg, pelvic and abdominal injuries.

On Friday afternoon, Chris remained in a critical condition this morning while his younger brother was stable.
Secretary of the Toowoomba Malayali Association Benny Mathew said the family had been travelling from Orange, in regional New South Wales, to Bracken Ridge so that Lotsy could start her new job.
He said Bipin and the three children had only moved to Australia from India four months ago.
“It has been really hard news for our community,” Mr Mathew said.
Lotsy had previously worked as a paediatric nurse at Orange Private Hospital and friends paid tribute to her on social media saying she was a “beautiful lady”.
Many said it was a “tragic and unexpected loss” and that they were praying for the recovery of her husband and two sons.
Mr Mathew said his association had reached out to the Chulliyaden family to try and provide any care they can.
Members had also visited the scene of the crash to try and recover belongings to return to Bipin.
Emergency services were called to the crash about 7.20am on Thursday after the vehicles collided at Captains Mountain.
A LifeFlight aeromedical crew and the Rescue 500 chopper crew transported the boys to hospital.
