He will appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court on April 10.

There were chaotic scenes in the courtroom after the alleged attack as the accused man was restrained and held on the ground.

The defendant was ushered to the other side of the room, and more family members had to be pushed back and asked to leave the courtroom.

Additional security teams were called in as another man, who was attending in support of the victim, collapsed to the ground outside the courtroom.

Sounds of screaming and crying continued to echo outside the courtroom for some time as one of the victim’s family members continued to repeat “it’s not fair”.

Police were called to the scene and spoke to family outside the courtroom, who explained the man couldn’t handle seeing the man who killed her brother.

The victim’s sister explained their frustration at seeing the defendant walk around as they “lived in pain”.
