Berwick College White have forced their way into the Under-20 Division 1 Men’s play-off picture after a massive third day at the Basketball Australia Schools Championships.
The Berwick College boys picked up two important wins on court six on Wednesday, pushing their way into the Pool A top four in the process.

It was a perfect day for the Victorian school, which started with a 57-53 win over The Scots College, and ended with a four-point nailbiter against St Dominic’s College to close out the day.
Berwick guard Tyler Langston hit an explosive two-handed jam to put the exclamation point on their win over St Dominic’s, helping the side to a 56-52 win.
It was tough day in the trenches for Templestowe College, with the Under-20 Div 1 men’s challengers falling to two losses to fall short of the play-offs.

The Victorian outfit went down to Sydney giants Trinity Grammar 76-54, as Bailey McCarthur tore the Templestowe defence apart with 25 points.
South Australian challengers Concordia College added to the anguish for Templestowe, beating them 67-53 to book a spot in the quarter-finals.

Victorian challengers Templestowe College will be determined to build off the back of their first win of the Basketball Australia Under-20 Championships.
The boys side, which is coached by two-time NBL coach of the year Ian Stacker, will be determined to book themselves a spot in the play-offs with a big performance against Sydney powerhouse Trinity Grammar.
The clash, which has some added NBL flavour in Trinity coach Ben Morrissey a 50-game veteran of the top domestic league, will open a condensed day of action on court five.

Templestowe College will feature twice on the day’s action, also clashing with fellow top team Concordia College, with the latter looking to sew up a spot atop the pool.
The side will look to young guard Lebron Gencarelli, who came alive in their tide-turning win over Haileybury College on Tuesday. Gencarelli finished with 16 points in the clash.
In other action on court six, Berwick College White will clash with The Scots College and St Dominic’s College in a double dose of action against Sydney giants.
