Neroli Meadows has scored a new gig covering the IPL cricket in Dubai.
The presenter will work with Star Sports India for the next two months, and flies out Friday night.
“Very excited, a little scared to leave the country but so excited to be back working and especially on such a major tournament,” she said.
This is Meadows’ first big gig since she covered the Super Bowl in the US in February with ESPN Australia.
She will quarantine for a week there and then will do two weeks upon return.
In January she was the court announcer on Rod Laver Arena during the Australian Open and also worked at the Brisbane International in the same.
She was let go from her Fox Sports hosting role in October last year and also left radio Triple M.
She also had a short-lived stint as host of the revamped The Footy Show on Channel 9.
Meadows’ family is based interstate but she hasn’t been able to visit them because of border restrictions.
