Speed demons of the Livestream Langer Trophy qualifiers

Meet the speed demons of the Langer Trophy qualifying series to be livestreamed by News Corp starting on Wednesday.

Langer Trophy schoolboy rugby league action arrives early this season, with News Corp livestreaming three qualifying games.

In a bumper Wednesday of footie, Mountain Creek SHS play Caloundra SHS (4pm).

The Mabel Park SHS v St Mary’s College clash which was originally scheduled for tomorrow has been shifted to April 27 due to the condition of the ground in Ipswich.

Redcliffe SHS will then play the winner of the Mountain Creek v Caloundra clash on March 23, with the winner progressing into the Langer Trophy.

The five teams were chasing two remaining positions in the eight team Langer Trophy.

Already qualified were Palm Beach Currumbin SHS, Langer Trophy home-and-away winners Marsden SHS, Wavell SHS, Ipswich SHS, Coombabah SHS and Keebra Park SHS
