You wanted more, and we are going to give you much more as your schoolboy rugby league central, News Corp, prepares to livestream 150 games a week of elite competition.
In News Corp’s biggest Queensland junior sporting livestream deal, both the Langer Trophy and Payne Cup competitions in southern and northern Queensland will be livestreamed, along with reserve grade games in both the north and south.
And in southern Queensland, year 10 Walters Cup matches will also be livestreamed each Wednesday by www.couriermail.com.au, the Gold Coast Bulletin, Townsville Bulletin and affiliates around the state including in Ipswich, Rockhampton, Mackay, Cairns and Toowoomba.
Twenty-four matches a week featuring eight teams across three competitions can be enjoyed from southern Queensland on our livestream platform, in addition to 16 games weekly from each of the Payne Cup venues.

It starts next Wednesday, June 2, with coverage all the way through to the southern and northern grand finals, culminating in the Phil Hall Cup grand final played between the winners of the Langer Trophy and Payne Cups.
Last year Kirwan SHS defeated Palm Beach Currumbin to claim the state title.
The Brisbane Broncos’ sponsored Langer Trophy competition has been expanded this season from six to eight teams, while the Payne Cup also went from six to eight teams.
In southern Queensland, Mabel Park SHS claimed the eighth and final position last Wednesday with a qualifying victory over Redcliffe SHS who will remain in the Gee Cup second tier competition.
Newcomers Mabel Park and Coombabah confront each other in round 1.
In the Payne Cup, Emmaus College, Shalom College and Rockhampton Grammar successfully qualified.

Queensland School Sport Rugby League president Andrew Peach said the two competitions had “fast become the benchmark in school sporting events across Queensland, and it is great to have the strong support of News Limited to bring these games to families and communities across the state’’.
