Snake catchers called after Bardon residents find snake napping in their toilet
Look before you sit … residents in a suburb west of Brisbane were shocked to find a very full snake hiding out in their toilet bowl. Here is how it got in.

A family called in the experts after finding a large carpet python taking a nap in their toilet this week.
Snake Out Brisbane Snake Catchers were called to the home in Bardon yesterday where the residents had found a snake in their loo.
“Another cheeky indoor #carpetpython, this one ate a possum then climbed in through a bathroom window in Bardon to hide out in the toilet bowl,” Snake Out Brisbane Snake Catchers shared on its Facebook page.

They said it was important for residents to keep screens and windows shut.
“If you have a snake on your property, keep an eye from least 5m away, grab a photo, and call a professional if you need more advice,” they wrote.
It is not the first time snake catchers have been called after a python was found in a loo – earlier this year they were called to The Gap to relocate a snake that had slithered out the toilet.
