A OnlyFans and TikTok star has been accused of making and distributing child pornography out of a Brisbane apartment.
The woman, in her 20s, cannot be named at this stage.
She stands charged with making child exploitation material (namely videos), possessing child exploitation material videos, common assault and cruelty to a child under 16 years.
Those offences are each alleged to have occurred at a one-bedroom apartment in Brisbane between November 29, 2022, and February 23, 2023.
The woman’s social media profiles reveal she has a significant following, including more than 20,000 followers on TikTok and more than 2000 followers on OnlyFans.
OnlyFans is a subscription-based platform commonly used by sex workers to distribute their content to paid followers.
The woman is also charged with distributing child exploitation material videos from the same Brisbane address on February 23 and breaching her bail on June 14.
She was charged with the child exploitation material offending on June 5, and is currently on bail – with the condition that she does not contact the alleged child victim.
Her matter was briefly mentioned on June 27 in the Ipswich Magistrates Court, where the court heard the woman would be seeking private legal representation.
The matter was adjourned to July 17 at Brisbane Magistrates Court, and the woman was allowed to leave freely on bail.
