Lavish pools, luxury terraces and views of a golf course any five-star resort would be happy with – see inside the new $28 million residential development headlining a transforming suburb in Brisbane’s southeast.
Cornelia Edition at 35 Smith Place, Minnippi is a 31-terrace complex from luxury developers, Azure, which was complete in July and was built alongside the popular Minnippi Parklands.
Wynnum’s latest residential development, Alta Vista, set to be complete by April
A gated community, where residents enjoy exclusive access to a spacious communal pavilion with fireplace, large resort style pool, outdoor lounge and open leisure area – the complex also fronts the Minnippi Golf Course, which is scheduled to be finished next year.
With four and three-bedroom terraces available from between $725,000 to $1.2 million, buyers have flocked to the new complex with more than 90 per cent already sold.
Trent Keirnan from Azure said the Cornelia Edition was inspired by the modernist lifestyles of Palm Springs.
“The feeling that you’ve checked-in to a resort,” he said.
“The design inspiration for Cornelia borrows from the purity of true modernist design and the way it has been previously adapted to golf course and resort-style living.”
Cornelia is one of the latest additions to the area surrounding Minnippi Parklands with more developments to come.
Having drawn inspiration from other luxurious places around the world, including Palm Springs in California, Mr Keirnan said the style and location the Cornelia Edition offered was second to none.
“To be in an elevated position, surrounded on three sides by a 2.6ha public park and with a northeastern interface to the new golf course, is truly irreplaceable,” he said.
“The new golf course is to be a once in a generation opportunity as the first course to be built this close to the CBD of Brisbane in 70 years.”
