Three male teens were chased into the ocean and arrested at Redlands this morning after allegedly stealing a Mercedes.

Residents reported seeing three young males being arrested on Shore St, Cleveland Point at 11am.

Queensland Police said officers took three people into custody after the allegedly stolen car was found.

“The vehicle was observed driving around the Cleveland area this morning before it was allegedly spotted on Shore St.
