Cleveland waterfront property hits top Redland property price tag
Real estate agents continue to report record sales prices across Redland with the cream of the crop all along the waterfront.

Redland property values have continued to soar with the top five house sales in the past two years all over $2 million — and all of them close to the waterfront.
Ray White Redland Bay principal Jesse James said red hot suburbs in Redland were all on the waterfront and all with multimillion-dollar price tags.
“The waterfront city has become a very popular destination for interstate purchasers, as well as families from all across the state who have a desire to work and live near the bay,” he said.
“There have been high sales, achieving as much as $8 million in Sentinel Ct in Cleveland and $3.1 million for a waterfront property in Redland Bay.
“But Wellington Point and Birkdale are very similar.
“I don’t believe there’s anyone high performing suburb in the Redlands, I actually believe every suburb along the waterfront in Redland city is performing very, very well.
“It’s evident by the continuing high sale prices that are fast becoming the norm.”
$8.5m CLEVELAND 32 Sentinel Court
32 Sentinel Court was sold by Pamela Neilson of McGrath Estate Agents. The waterfront mansion holds the record for the highest home sale in Cleveland, fetching a whopping $8.5m in cash two years ago.
$5.3m CAPALABA 349 Mount Cotton Rd
This property changed hands for $5.3 million in May 2022.
June Ruth Daley sold to Shoujie Dai through McGrath Bayside Cleveland.
The country-style estate is on nearly 5ha and is so big the caretaker’s house has its own acreage around it.
It changed hands in May with the Gold Coast buyer also picking up a home in Sovereign Islands for $4.21 million two months earlier.
The vendor also sold a waterfront site at Sovereign Islands to Clive Palmer the previous year.
