Search for new millionaire after Monday’s Gold Lotto draw

A $1 million winning Gold Lotto ticket from Monday’s draw is yet to be claimed after being sold in a newsagency in Brisbane’s northern suburbs.

The search in on for new millionaire who brought a winning Monday Gold Lotto ticket on Brisbane’s north side.

They were the only winner in this week’s draw, scoring $1 million, but because the ticket is unregistered, officials from the Lott have no way of contacting them.

The winning entry was purchased at Supanews Keperra at Great Western Super Centre, Keperra.

Supanews Keperra owner Mike Walter said he was looking forward to the moment the winner checked their ticket.

“Most of our division one winners have been locals and regular customers, so we hope this one is too,” Mr Walter said.

The Lott spokeswoman Lauren Cooney said the winner should call 131 868.

“ … it’s a great reminder to players to register their tickets to a Winners Circle card so we can call then directly if they win a major prize,” she said.

The winning numbers were 21, 20, 13, 16, 39 and 40 while the supplementary numbers were 44 and 18.
