The court heard he plans on “strongly contesting” the charges.
He has been behind bars on these charges for just under a month.
Mr Kendrigan’s lawyer Kristy Bell said police had made allegations her client was associated with an outlaw motorcycle gang, but he denied those claims.
Ms Bell told the court Mr Kendrigan does not believe the child his former partner is pregnant with is his.
Mr Kendrigan had requested a condition of him being bailed would be to have wear a GPS tracker.
But Acting Magistrate Deborah Turner told the court she did not believe he needed to wear the tracker.
Mr Kendrigan was released on bail on the condition he reports to police, stays away from the alleged victim and undergoes drug testing.
