A BEAUTICIAN has warned thieving clients to stay away after toilet paper was allegedly stolen off the roll at her home studio.

Would you pay $100 for a roll of toilet paper?

Utility urgers people not to flush wipes in ‘loo’ of toilet paper

Face by Aly proprietor Aly Ruiz was left aghast last week after clients continued to allegedly steal toilet paper even after she implemented a “no-bag” policy for the bathroom at her Warner home.

Ms Ruiz became suspicious when clients started using the loo more often than normal.

“Last week I had a bit of a weird feeling,” she said.

“Normally clients don’t use the bathroom so often.

“One even went into the laundry room and took some toilet paper out of our personal stash.”

At once ridiculous but also serious the alleged dunny paper caper has left the lash technician hurt and offended.

“It is pathetic and 100 per cent a slap in the face; it’s crazy,” Ms Ruiz said.

“And over toilet paper – it is just ridiculous.

“I am kind of laughing about it now but I have also lost my trust in clients.

“It is much more personal when you steal from someone’s home; it’s not like we are a big shop that can just replenish stock.

“And there is a good relationship between your lash technician and your clientele.

“So in my business a lot of my clients turn out to be friends because you spend a lot of time with them.

“But when they do something like this you have to question the relationship.”

Ms Ruiz now finds herself pondering more extreme security measures.

“My partner had the idea for us to just hand the client a toilet roll when they go in the bathroom and ask for it back when they come out, but I thought it was a bit too extreme.

“But now that toilet paper has actually been stolen off the roll and hidden under clothing, I may have to reconsider.
