A young Moreton Bay mum has fronted court after the ultimate act of revenge, where she posted a sex tape and explicit pictures of an ex-lover on her adult content page.

A young Moreton Bay mum has escaped conviction after the ultimate act of revenge on an ex-lover, where she posted a sex tape and explicit pictures of him on her OnlyFans page.

North Lakes resident Phybie Marie Sloss pleaded guilty in the Pine Rivers Magistrates Court today to distributing intimate images without consent following the post in June.

Police prosecutor sergeant Graham Turner told the court Ms Sloss posted three intimate images and one video, depicting a sexual act between her and the victim, to get back at his new partner.

The court heard Ms Sloss posted another image with the caption “this is for you” with a heart emoji after the victim’s partner contacted her to request the posts be taken down.

The defendant‘s lawyer, Bree-Anna Bowtell, told the court Ms Sloss posted the images and video out of “pettiness” because of an argument with her former lover and his current partner, which got “out of hand”.

The court heard the images were reported to OnlyFans by the aggrieved and taken down but the sexually explicit video was still available for purchase until September.

Magistrate Ho said the offence carries a maximum penalty of three years imprisonment but due to the “unusual circumstances” of the offending, sentenced Ms Sloss to a three months good behaviour with a bond of $300.
