The Australian Electoral Commission has confirmed the candidates for some of the most marginal seats in southeast Queensland and the order their names will appear on the ballot.

The Australian Electoral Commission has confirmed the candidates for some of the most marginal seats in southeast Queensland and the order their names will appear on the ballot.

The draw for the seats of Petrie, Dickson and Longman was conducted at the AEC office at North Lakes on Wednesday.

Incumbent LNP MP for Petrie Luke Howarth and Dickson Petter Dutton, both pulled the second spot on their respective ballots.

Pre-polling is expected to be available from Monday.
