Traffic at standstill on Bruce Hwy after caravan crash at Morayfield

A crash involving a car and caravan on the Bruce Hwy has caused massive traffic delays on the Bruce Highway north of Brisbane on Monday morning.

A crash involving a car and caravan on the Bruce Hwy has caused massive traffic delays on the Bruce Highway north of Brisbane on Monday morning.

Motorists faced delays of more than an hour after the crash in the northbound lanes at Moravfield just before 9.30am. The incident has since been cleared.

The crash occurred just before Exit 152 to Caboolture Bribie Island.

A Queensland Police Service spokesman confirmed reports that a car towing a caravan had crashed and said two lanes of the northbound highway were blocked.

The Queensland Ambulance Service said no injuries were reported,
