A young woman has been left traumatised and sickened after a man pulled his “d**k out” while she was shopping for shoes.

The 20-year-old, who wants to remain anonymous for safety reasons, says the “disgusting looking man” looked her dead in the eyes during the horrific ordeal.

The young woman from Caboolture was in Kmart at Morayfield Shopping Centre when she was confronted by the unknown man on October 24 at around 2.30pm.

“He seemed really weird and walked past me,” she said.

“Not even a few moments later, I was walking by the men’s shoe section and he was standing in the middle of the aisle and he was already touching himself.

“I was looking around for shoes and I saw him out of the corner of my eye.”

What happened next sent shivers down her spine.

“I looked down and he pulled his d**k out of his pants and he was just standing there and touching it while looking right at me,” she said.

“Straight away I was like nope, f**k this – I literally ran to find the nearest staff to tell them about it.”

The 20-year-old said she helped staff search the store, warning those around her to what had just unfolded.

She says the man was captured on the stores security cameras however he managed to escape the store and the centre without being caught.

“They got it all on camera and he had left straight away as soon as it had happened and he somehow managed to get past the bag checker,” she said.

“At first I was in shock, I didn’t realise what was happening at first because if you see out of the corner of your eye some dude has his hands down there you think they’re just adjusting their junk or something.

“Then he pulled it out of his pants.

“It’s the last thing you expect when you’re shopping for shoes.”

She said the incident has left her anxious and angry.

“There’s kids around here, if it wasn’t me it would’ve been some kid who saw it,” she said.

“I just hope they catch him, it’s disgusting.

“It was definitely a wake up call, it definitely has made me more vigilant.

“You can’t stop these people from doing these things but you can make them more aware.”

The woman described the man as a “proper creep” who was wearing baggy clothes, with dark hair, scruffy facial hair, around six foot and wearing thongs.

She went to the Caboolture Police Station to give a statement, but has yet to hear whether the culprit has been caught.

Another woman has also told the Caboolture Herald she believes she knows who the culprit is.

The business owner says she has had several run in’s with a “well-known nuisance” around the Caboolture and Morayfield area.

The woman, who was to fearful to share her name, says the man matching the description given is often at her business on Morayfield Rd scaring and intimidating customers.

“I have had screaming fights with him in the carpark,” she said.

“As soon as I saw her post (on social media) I knew that it was him, I contacted her and provided her with a photo from CCTV at the store and she said yep, that’s him.

“I have called police so many times on the guy … he harasses people for $2 or a cigarette outside the shop.”

The 26-year-old says she also witness, who she believes to be the same man, put his head through a car window to intimidate and harass a young mother recently.

“Something needs to be done … he is escalating.”

A Queensland Police Service spokesman said the investigation is ongoing at this stage with no suspects identified.

Kmart Australia and Morayfield Shopping Centre were contacted for comment.
