Tim Fiechtner was employed at Queensland Organics, owned by Orko Fertilizers Pty Ltd, at Narangba.

Workplace Health and Safety Qld will allege Mr Fiechtner was operating equipment at the business on Potassium St on March 10 last year when he became stuck in a conveyor belt.

Emergency services worked to save Mr Fiechtner but he died as a result of his injuries. He left behind a wife and seven-year-old daughter.
