Benjamin Graham Urquhart, 41, and Craig William Relf, 37, were each charged with one count of murder hours after the alleged incident unfolded.

A 28-year-old Nambour woman was also charged with one count each of murder, enter dwelling with intent by break and attempted robbery.

Both men appeared before a Pine Rivers magistrate today from jail via videolink.

The court heard one of the accused, Relf, now faced additional charges of entering a dwelling with intent and attempted robbery, offences alleged to have also happened at Kallangur on February 11.

Both Urquhart and Relf stand accused of entering the Pine Rivers Motel in the late hours of the night and assaulting Lymar causing him severe head and leg injuries which resulted in his death.

It was revealed that Lymar was due to face serious offences only a month after his death.
