Moreton Bay Regional Council are accepting tenders for the management of the markets.
In the tender advertisement the council stated it was looking for applications from experienced market operators.
The plan was to also include a food van area, children’s entertainment, a display space for car shows and an area for cooking and lifestyle shows.
MEMA director Matthew Harris said the hope was to grow the market, increase business and tourism and show off the foreshore.
Applications for the tenders close on March 19.
