Moreton Bay fire: Man charged with lighting 1000 square metre blaze
Police have charged a man in his 30s with lighting a fire in Morayfield which burnt about 1000 sqm of vegetation.

A man alleged by police to have set fire to a 1000 sqm vacant block north of Brisbane was arrested by police after allegedly returning to the scene.
Police charged the 37-year-old man in relation to a fire at Morayfield on Friday, October 20.
Police, firefighters and ambulance officers attended the blaze, which started about 2.30pm on Station Rd.
Police alleged it was suspicious.
The fire was quickly extinguished.
It was alleged that the man returned to the scene, where police charged him with setting fire to vegetation and placed him under arrest.
He was to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court on December 1.
