Moreton Bay has had its fair share of these massive mansions hit the market.
Greater Brisbane has seen 97 suburbs record negative house price growth over the three months to the end of July, according to property data analyst, PropTrack.

Property analysts say Brisbane’s strong economic fundamentals will see home values rise in 2024.
Crown Properties, Redcliffe owner, Jody Allison-McLachlan said with the Spring selling season about to begin, it would be a shame for sellers to not take advantage of the positives that the last two years of growth was presenting to them.
“While there might be a small correction on the horizon, the market is still strong from what we have seen here in our agency,” Ms Allison-McLachlan said.
Kindred Property, Redcliffe CEO, Joshua Kindred said Newport without doubt was the heavyweight champion of Moreton Bay when it came to consistently achieving million dollar sales, closely followed by sales in Scarborough and Redcliffe.
“Some beautiful acreages in Narangba and Burpengary regularly achieve million dollar results, where in the future it will be common for those suburbs command such results as the norm,” Mr Kindred said.
“Record prices are still being achieved every week in Moreton Bay despite some pockets of the region having dropped back, therefore if sellers are purchasing at the same time the uplift they were hoping for they will still achieve in the next property.”
