Dad fined for driving car through Caboolture property
A dad who ploughed his mother’s car through the front yard of a Caboolture South home causing $1500 damage has faced court.

A dad who crashed through the front of a Caboolture property drove off in a panic, a court has heard.
Guy Andrew Bruce Collier took off in his mother’s car on April 28 after a fight with his partner before ploughing through the front yard of a Renmark Crescent home in Caboolture South.
Collier, who the court heard had his licence suspended on October 28, 2019, smashed through a brick letterbox, causing $1500 in damage before driving off “panicked”.
“You could have killed somebody,” said Magistrate James Blanch.
Collier, a 24-year-old father of one who works as a turfer, pleaded guilty was fined $500 and disqualified from driving for six months.
