Emergency services remain on scene at a multi-vehicle crash on a major thoroughfare north of Brisbane, with an adult female and two children being assessed for injuries.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to the three-vehicle crash in front of a food shop, on the corner of Bestmann Road and Bribie Island Road, Ningi, at 7.48am.
Paramedics are assessing two young male children, one with facial injuries and a adult female for abdominal pain.
All patients are reportedly stable.
Delays are expected and motorists are advised to proceed with caution
